Orders and payment
An order is accepted after payment is confirmed and Home Medix verifies product availability and fulfilment details. Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Displayed retail prices exclude the stated GST unless the checkout says otherwise.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
Free delivery applies to eligible online orders. Delivery timing and any setup arrangements are confirmed using the supplied pincode. Products are supplied for a single owner and cannot be returned after delivery. Contact Home Medix before fulfilment to request cancellation or a refund. Any approved refund is returned through the original payment method.
Damaged, defective or incorrect deliveries
If an item arrives damaged, appears defective or differs from your order, contact Home Medix with your order reference and a description of the issue. Keep the product and packaging available for assessment; do not send medical records. The team will confirm the appropriate resolution. The change-of-mind return restriction does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Warranty and service
Warranty coverage depends on the product model, invoice and purchase terms. Misuse, unauthorised repair, consumables and normal wear may be excluded. Keep the invoice, model and serial number available when requesting support.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
Home Medix names, product materials, site design and published content may not be copied, republished or used commercially without permission. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful or misleading information.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Home Medix is not responsible for losses caused by misuse, use contrary to clinical guidance, unauthorised alteration, third-party services, or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
