Enquiries and support
Home Medix stores the details you submit, your consent record, product and enquiry type so the team can respond. These records are sent to Zoho CRM. Your selected state or region is saved; approximate location provided by the hosting service may also be attached. Please do not send prescriptions, health records or sensitive medical details.
Online orders
When checkout is open, Home Medix stores the contact, delivery, product, amount and payment reference details needed to fulfil and support your order. Razorpay handles card, UPI and other payment credentials. Home Medix does not receive those credentials.
Website cookies
The website uses cookies and browser storage for its operation, analytics and campaign measurement. Website measurement starts automatically when you visit. Your browser may provide controls to block cookies or tracking technologies.
Analytics
Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager measure page visits, product and article engagement, document downloads, contact clicks, form activity, successful enquiries and confirmed purchases. These services receive technical browser information and may use measurement cookies. Home Medix does not include form names, phone numbers, email addresses, messages, delivery addresses or medical information in its analytics events. Campaign references
Referral and campaign references, including advertising click identifiers, may be stored for up to 90 days to identify the source of an enquiry or order. These references are attached to an enquiry or order you submit.
Advertising integrations
The ChatGPT Ads Measurement Pixel, loaded through Google Tag Manager, measures page and product views, additions to the cart, checkout starts, confirmed paid orders and successfully submitted sales enquiries. It receives catalog product IDs, quantities, order values and technical browser information. Service requests and article-correction messages are not treated as sales conversions. The Pixel may store an advertising click reference in the __oppref cookie for 30 days and a browser reference in the __obref cookie for 365 days. Home Medix does not pass raw contact details or medical form content in its Pixel events. Automatic advanced matching is enabled: the Pixel may detect supported contact fields, such as email, phone, name and address, normalize them and hash them in the browser before sending the hashes to OpenAI for ad attribution. Raw contact field values are not sent through this matching feature. Events are sent with personalization opt-out enabled; this does not disable conversion attribution or hashed contact matching. WhatsApp and email
If you open WhatsApp or an email app, that service handles your message under its own terms. Review the message and recipient before sending.

Website operation
Hosting services process technical request information to deliver and protect the website. Short-lived abuse-prevention counters use a hashed request identifier. Enquiry, order and content records are stored in the site’s managed CMS infrastructure.

Who operates the app
Home Medix India Private Limited operates Claro Mobile for people using HM-CV-20 and HM-BV-30 devices and for their care providers. For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact service@homemedix.in.
Device reports
When you scan or import a device QR code, the app reads its complete text, device serial number and therapy information. It saves the scan and time on this phone. With your agreement, it also sends the complete QR text, serial number, platform (iOS or Android) and a scan identifier to Home Medix through Google Apps Script and Google Sheets. Home Medix uses these records to receive device scans and support its report service. We do not use them for advertising or sell them.
Device verification
The app downloads a list of hashed, authorized serial numbers and compares your device serial on the phone. The registry request does not send your serial number. The downloaded list can be used for up to 30 days.
PDF reports
Patient name is requested only when you create a PDF. Age and patient ID are optional. These details are placed in the PDF on your phone and are not included in scan uploads or saved in app History. If you share or print the PDF, the recipient or service you choose receives it.
Service requests
If you request support, we collect your name, contact number, email address, device model and problem description. We record the request in a Home Medix Google Sheet and email it to service@homemedix.in with a copy to sales@homemedix.in so the team can respond. A hash of the contact number is used to limit repeat requests for 24 hours.
Retention and deletion
History shows the latest 50 scans on this phone. Scans waiting to upload may remain in the local queue beyond those 50 until they are sent. Withdrawing scan upload agreement clears the unsent queue. Home Medix does not currently apply an automatic deletion period to records in its Google Sheets or service email. To request deletion of uploaded scans or service requests, email service@homemedix.in with the device serial and approximate scan dates, or the email address used for the service request. Already-shared PDFs must be deleted from the destination where you sent them.
Your choices and security
You can withdraw agreement for future scan uploads in About. Already uploaded records remain until deletion is requested. The app uses HTTPS to send data to Google services. App data is stored in the phone’s application storage; protect access to the phone and any exported PDF. The app does not create an account or use advertising trackers.
