When buying an oxygen concentrator, identify the company responsible for the exact model and its support. A brand name, marketplace listing or country-of-origin slogan does not answer every question about a device.

Match the model across the documents

Keep the model name on the device label, quotation, invoice, manual and warranty together. Ask the seller to explain any difference. Confirm the manufacturer or importer details shown on the supplied documentation and who will handle a service request.

Ask what the manufacturing claim means

If a product is described as manufactured or assembled in India, ask the company to explain the claim for that model. Do not infer the origin of the compressor, sieve material or other components from the cabinet, weight or price. Different products in a range may use different supply chains.

Check the evidence behind a claim

Request the current model-specific technical sheet and any applicable licence or certificate information. Check the named entity, model scope, issuing body and document validity. A badge or an isolated licence number in an article is not a complete verification record. This page does not independently certify a manufacturer’s regulatory status.

Get the support terms in writing

Ask which parts and labour the warranty covers, its duration or operating-hour limit, exclusions, service location, shipping responsibilities and the process for faults. A claim of local manufacture does not by itself establish a response time, spare-part stock or nationwide coverage.

Home Medix enquiries

For a Home Medix model, ask our team for the current product documents and support terms. Compare the documented requirements for your prescription. This guide does not rank manufacturers or claim that a longer warranty proves better clinical performance.
